The best way to do it (atleast for me) is to make the assets separately (the lines/boarders whatever) and just place them in/arrange them however needed. Far quicker than drawing em over and over (however some situations require new boarders, but that’s okay).

But yeah just keep in mind you’re drawing lines not boxes. If you remember that your panels will come out much neater.
